Tutor Teresa Speer BA Hons is a professional
jeweller, and the schools resident lecturer.
Her award winning work has been exhibited
both nationally and internationally. A qualified
lecturer, she has recently lectured at Loughborough
University School of Art and Design.

This course is specifically planned for
students who have the ability to design
and create their own jewellery, but wish
to master additional advanced techniques
to enhance their work.
Students requirements are discussed, analysed
and a programme tailored to fit the needs
of all the students on the course.

Techniques covered may include:
Mount making for claw settings, chasing
and repousse work, hinge making surface
decoration, chain making, findings (brooch
pins, ear wire fastenings) and any other
requests not mentioned above.
