The Course:
We would like to give you an idea of the skills learnt during the course'.

  • Days 1/2. A lecture on creating jewellery by wire manipulation and soldering is given. A bracelet and other matching jewellery are made using varying thickness of wire. These may be created in guilding metal. If the students wish to produce them in silver, this will be charged depending on the weight used. The multi soldered joints on this exercise is an excellent confidence builder for students new to silver soldering. Students wishing to provide their own metal, should ask for a list of metal thickness and lengths required for this project.
